Ponte Vecchio will open its first store outside of Osaka in Sakai, which developed as a free-trade city in the Middle Ages and is home to a unique culture, such as the world of tea ceremony that was perfected by Sen no Rikyu. We offer dishes that make the most of the ingredients, such as authentic Neapolitan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven and charcoal-grilled pizza using an original roaster. We hope you will relax and enjoy our simple and not-too-extravagant dishes, which are inspired by the originality of Ponte Vecchio, using vegetables and seafood from nearby areas such as Sakai in a well-thought-out space.
